Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Say It... Creations, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items initiated after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused & Unworn: Items must be in their original, saleable condition with all tags still attached.
- Original Packaging: Please include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all transactions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot exchange used tumblers.
We also do not accept returns or exchanges for personalised and customised items, unless the item has a fault.
4. How to Start a Return
Please contact us on Whatsapp if you are not happy with your purchase, and we will arrange a collection for you.
5. Refund & Processing Time
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected within [3–5] business days.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Wait Time: Most banks take 2-3 business days to post the refund to your account.
6. Shipping Costs & Fees
- Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping
- Exchanges: We offer free shipping on all exchanges to ensure you get the right fit.
